Are you really available 24/7?

Yes, our emergency phone line will be answered by real people. They will deal with all your tenant issues appropriately.

What happens if something breaks/stops working?

We have tradesman available all over the UK that will fix all your general maintenance issues within hours, so there’s no need to trouble your landlord.

Are there any charges for out-of-hours calling?

We don’t charge extra if there’s a legitimate reason for a call-out.
